C4V V Series
Prismatic LFP, graphitic carbon anode. No cobalt, no nickel.
314 Ah · 3.2 VThe Vault holds over five megawatt-hours of midday sun and wind in one 20-foot container, then releases it when homes switch on their lights, offices run late, and towns hit the evening peak.
The same Vault scales from a neighborhood to a gigawatt-hour plant. Pick a scale and watch what it keeps lit after sunset.
Midday solar charges the Vault. When the sun sets and every kitchen light comes on, it discharges into the local feeder so the street never feels the dip.
*Homes based on U.S. EIA average residential use of about 10,800 kWh a year (≈1.2 kW average load). Office based on EIA CBECS office intensity of about 16 kWh per sq ft a year. Nameplate energy at beginning of life; illustrative. Actual results depend on load profile, losses and depth of discharge.
≥ 8,000 cycles to 70% · up to 20-year design life.
Runs at 0.25C continuous and 0.5C maximum, below the cell's liquid-cooling line. Intelligent cooling and heating buy uniformity, cold-weather capability and margin.
The BMS hardware and firmware are C4V intellectual property, owned in the United States. On Vault 5000K the cell chemistry, design and process technology are C4V's too.
IP55, tested to corrosion class C5, seismic designed to IEEE 693. Outdoor foundation or plinth mounting, supplied without PCS so it pairs with yours.
C4V designs the cell, controls its manufacturing and writes the battery management firmware that watches it. Every one of the 4,992 cells in a Vault 5000K is monitored for voltage and temperature.
Prismatic LFP, graphitic carbon anode. No cobalt, no nickel.
314 Ah · 3.2 V26 cells per module, four modules on a liquid cold plate.
104 cells per packTwo 416-cell strings, each with its own HV box and BMU.
832 cells · 1,500 VSix racks, detection, two-stage suppression, venting, liquid cooling.
4,992 cells · 5.01 MWhNo system-level certificate is claimed for the Vault today. Cell-level test reports and certificates are released on request.
Each layer is designed to end an event before the next one is needed. Safety starts with the chemistry, builds outward to the installation, and is wrapped in Digital DNA™ intelligence that never stops watching.
LFP with no cobalt and no nickel sets the ceiling on how bad a bad day can be. The C4V BMS watches every cell, balances, monitors insulation and holds the contactors.
Multi-point temperature, smoke and combustible-gas detection. Gas reads a venting cell before there is smoke to see, and the BMS opens the contactors.
Condensed aerosol first, to knock an event down while it is still one module's problem. Water mist second, to carry heat away and hold a propagating event.
Deflagration venting and ventilation designed to NFPA 68 and NFPA 69 principles, on a designed path. The installation is designed to NFPA 855.
The outermost layer is intelligence. C4V's Digital DNA™ watches every cell against its own genomic baseline, giving 360-degree, around-the-clock protection and prediction that flags drift weeks before it becomes a fault. How it works →
Certification proves a design passed on test day. Digital DNA™ watches every cell in your Vault, every day it runs.
Product ID, energy, configuration, cell model, cell origin and specification revision. Any phone camera reads it on site, with no network needed.
A cell heading toward thermal runaway usually drifts for days or weeks first. Digital DNA™ reads voltage divergence, impedance rise, slow self-discharge and off-gassing together.
Each cell's structure, composition and electrochemical signature is captured early in life, built on 12+ years of materials research and physics-informed AI with quantified confidence.
The limits UL 9540A and IEC 62619 care about become live rules, checked against the real battery as it runs, with an audit-ready record and a digital twin for every pack. About Digital DNA™ ↗
